Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is to provide the responses to all RFIs submitted by the August 21st deadline. Additional questions will only be accepted if they relate directly to one of the government responses. Follow-up questions must be submitted by August 28th, at 1200 JST. As of now, there will not be an extension in the proposal submission deadline. If an updated SOW and drawings are not provided before the deadline, the answers in the RFIs will take precedence over any conflicting information within the documents. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 0: Due to internal system issues, this amendment will be considered "Amendment 0" for acknowledgement of amendments on block 19 of the SF 1442. We apologize for the inconvenience. Amendment details - Correction in response to RFI. "Block 13.b of the SF 1442" requires a bid bond/guarantee. Disregard this, as a bid bond/guarantee is not required for this requirement. The 356th Expeditionary Theater Support Group (356 ETSG/CONS) Contracting Office is posting this solicitation for a design-build construction project to deliver a membrane shelter at Matsushima Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) Base, Japan. Complete project requirements, technical specifications, and performance parameters are detailed in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and corresponding project drawings.
