Amendment 0002- The purpose of this Amendment is to: -Extend the proposal due date from 11 September 2026 to 16 September 2026 at 0000GMT / 0900JST -Update Requirement Description text -Remove requirement for Bond/Guarantee -Update RFI responses with further clarifications (2 clarified responses. Highlighted Yellow) -Add or Replace Updated Section J Attachments: -Replace previous SOW (Rev5) with updated revision 8 -Add updated Drawings (Drawing labeled "########" on SF30 is labeled "Transfer Surface Drawing" on SAM. Original Document name is "????????") All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is to provide the responses to all RFIs submitted by the August 21st deadline. Additional questions will only be accepted if they relate directly to one of the government responses. Follow-up questions must be submitted by August 28th, at 1200 JST. As of now, there will not be an extension in the proposal submission deadline. If an updated SOW and drawings are not provided before the deadline, the answers in the RFIs will take precedence over any conflicting information within the documents. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 0: Due to internal system issues, this amendment will be considered "Amendment 0" for acknowledgement of amendments on block 19 of the SF 1442. We apologize for the inconvenience. Amendment details - Correction in response to RFI. "Block 13.b of the SF 1442" requires a bid bond/guarantee. Disregard this, as a bid bond/guarantee is not required for this requirement.
