Important: This is contingent on federal funding which will be confirmed on or before December 11, 2026. CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY (no third-parties or event planners) with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms in the Staunton, VA for a 3-day training program in June 2027 for approximately 55 people (estimated). The final attendee count will be confirmed prior to the event. Prefer hotel in greater Williamsburg area with resort type amenities. Read the Scope of Services document carefully for details.
