Important: This is contingent on federal funding which will be confirmed on or before December 11, 2026. CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY (no third-parties or event planners) with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms in the Staunton, VA for a 2-day training program in May 2027 for approximately 20 people (estimated). The final attendee count will be confirmed prior to the event. Hotel in Staunton, VA should have pedestrian access to dining venues, recreation activities, and services. Read the Scope of Services document carefully for details.
