<p>The selected firm shall assist the Parks and Recreation Department in performing regular and routine Landscape Right of Way Maintenance consistent with the specifications below. Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform these services at the sites indicated on Exhibit 1.</p> <p></p>
