Set-Aside: The Procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside with Reserves. Reserves will be allocated for 8(a), HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). More detailed information regarding the Reserves will be released with the Solicitation. Small Business Size Standard: $45M This is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period. The GSA intends to award multiple contracts for General Construction Services. After award of the IDIQ all awardees will be provided fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.507-2 for discrete construction projects where task order will be issued based on selection criteria established at the ordering level, unless an exemption exists in accordance with FAR 16.507-6. The General Contractor (GC) shall serve as the single point of responsibility and must supervise, administer, coordinate, perform, and contract all management, labor, materials, equipment, and construction activities required to successfully execute each assigned project. Construction services will be required to be performed at federally owned and leased locations. The operational scope encompasses comprehensive general construction, repair, alteration, and modernization services for existing real property facilities. The General Contractor (GC) shall supervise, administer, perform, and contract all construction activities required to complete a project. Construction services include, but are not limited to office construction and/or renovations/repairs, office space renovations, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) repairs/modifications/replacement, fire sprinkler systems repairs/modification/replacement, sitework, exterior construction repair and alterations (including facades and roofs), demolition (including abatement of hazardous materials), elevator modernizations, work in technically se…
