Solicitation: Construction Services Contract for Massena Virtual Law Enforcement Training Facility- Construction project at the Massena LPOE, Rooseveltown, NY. Proposals are due Saturday, November 21st, 2026 by 5:00 pm EST. All proposals should be sent electronically via email to kyle.cole@gsa.gov. The on-site visit will be held on Thursday, October 15th at 10am EST. All individuals who would like to attend must email kyle.cole@gsa.gov at least one day prior to the site visit to confirm their attendance. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged. Questions are due via email to kyle.cole@gsa.gov by close of business on Friday, October 30th, 2026. In order to receive the Specifications and Drawings for this solicitation, you must complete Attachment 10, "Safeguarding and Dissemination of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Building Information." The completed CUI Form must be sent via email to kyle.cole@gsa.gov. Reference is made to the PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Notice ID EQPXCAC-26-0011. All solicitation posts and updates for the Massena Virtual Law Enforcement Training Facility- Construction project will be posted to Solicitation No. 47PC5326R0029. Massena Virtual Law Enforcement Training Facility- Construction project at the Massena LPOE, Rooseveltown, NY includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, tools, management, and full time on-site supervision required by contract documents to construct a Virtual Law Enforcement Training Facility.
