Description
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to develop affordable housing in the City. Proposed developments may be for acquisition and rehabilitation of eligible properties for rental and/or ownership housing units; acquisition and conversion of non-residential property to rental and/or ownership housing units; and/or the new construction of housing units for rental and/or ownership housing. Download Solicitation Document(s) at "Documents & Attachments" tab for complete submittal instructions. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUBMIT ANY & ALL QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATIONS THROUGH PLANETBIDS PRIOR TO THE Q&A DEADLINE. Questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted via PlanetBids prior to the posted Q&A Deadline. NO VERBAL REQUESTS OR RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Requests submitted for City’s consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City’s Solicitation and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda, which will be released and posted on PlanetBids under the “Addenda/Emails” tab.
