<p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26)">The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide gun range cleaning services and minor renovations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, and incidentals required to perform lead mining, remediation, range cleaning, and maintenance services at the designated Police Department firing ranges and facilities. All work shall be performed in full compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, including but not limited to Cal/OSHA, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1025, California Hazardous Waste Control Law (Title 22), and DTSC requirements. See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26)">All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 2:00 PM on or before September 30, 2026. A written response will be provided via PlanetBids email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal. Responsive proposals shall include the following completed submittals/attachments: A PROPOSER’S CERTIFICATION, PROPOSAL ITEM PRICING B REFERENCES C PROPOSER’S STATEMENT D NON-COLLUSION AFFIDAVIT E NON-LOBBYING CERTIFICATION F NON-DISCRIMINATION CERTIFICATION G SUBCONTRACTOR DESIGNATION FORM H CARB FLEET COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION If any of the required attachments are not included in the submitted proposal, the proposal shall automatically be deemed non-responsive.</span></p>
