<p>The City of Lancaster is requesting bid responses through this Invitation for Bids process for the supply and delivery of Portland Cement Concrete Materials (PCC) on an As-Needed Basis. The requested commodities must meet the minimum specifications and requirements set forth in this IFB.</p><p>If awarded, a Purchase Order (PO) will be the form of contract resulting from this solicitation. No minimum order quantity shall be required of the City of Lancaster. The City reserves the right to award a Purchase Order to multiple Bidders or to a single Bidder, or to make no award, whichever is in the best interest of the City.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">The effective duration of the resulting purchase order contract shall be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the City reserving the option to extend the purchase order for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.</span></p>
