PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the chartered City of Vista (“Agency”) for furnishing all plant, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities and all other items and facilities necessary therefore, as provided in the Contract Documents, for the “As-Needed Concrete Construction, CIP No. 8290” in strict accordance with this Specifications on file in the City of Vista Engineering Department.
