Description
The scope of services shall include: review of funding opportunities and evaluation of suitability, preliminary scoring evaluation of projects being considered for funding, coordination with state, federal, or other funding agencies to understand requirements, preparation of funding applications in accordance with the specific grant requirements, preliminary cost estimation, project description, supporting information development required for funding applications, and grant administration and reporting services after grants are awarded as required. GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES The services requested will include but are not limited to the following: 1.Review of funding opportunities and evaluation of suitability 2.Preliminary scoring evaluation of projects being considered for funding 3.Coordination with state, federal, or other funding agencies to understand requirements 4.Preparation of funding applications in accordance with the specific requirements 5.Preliminary cost estimation 6.Project description and supporting information development required for funding applications 7.Grant administration and reporting services as required after grants are awarded The City may elect to further expand the scope of services or add new scope of service tasks, should such services be needed. Such scope of service expansion will be subject to City and Consultant negotiating a mutually agreeable scope and fee, and approval by the City Council (if applicable). Minimum deliverables are: 1.Monthly meetings to review and select funding opportunities 2.Meeting agendas and meeting minutes 3.On-time and complete grant submittals 4.On-time and complete report submittals after grant award, as required
