Description
The Agency currently maintains active Master Services Agreements in several of the disciplines included in this solicitation. Existing agreements will continue to be utilized, as appropriate, based on consultant qualifications, available contract capacity, project-specific requirements, funding availability, scheduling, and the best interests of the Agency. This solicitation is intended to maintain a healthy and diverse pool of qualified consultants by supplementing existing consultant capacity where needed and establishing new Master Services Agreements for disciplines identified to support current and anticipated Agency needs. Newly awarded agreements are intended to complement the Agency's existing consultant pool and provide continuity as current agreements become fully utilized, expire, or are otherwise unavailable. Firms that currently hold an active Master Services Agreement with the Agency are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications and will be evaluated in the same manner as all other respondents. Holding an existing Master Services Agreement does not guarantee award of an additional agreement, nor does it preclude a firm from being considered for award under this solicitation. Submitting a Statement of Qualifications ensures firms remain eligible for consideration as the Agency continues to maintain and replenish its pool of qualified consultants over time.
