Request for Services for Compliance Workforce Advisory Services

Description

The County of Los Angeles, Executive Office (EO) of the Board of Supervisors is soliciting for a Work Order with qualified CAPSMA contractors to provide compliance workforce advisory services to support the EO in recruiting an interim and permanent Ethics Compliance Officer. This Request for Services (RFS) is being issued concurrently with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement. Vendors interested in applying for this RFS, must also respond to the RFQ. Qualifying vendors will be issued a Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement (CAPSMA). To be considered for a CAPSMA, vendors are required to submit responses to both the RFQ and the RFS. The required RFQ and RFS documents are attached for your convenience.
