The purpose of this notice is to identify potential industry sources possessing the interest, technical capability, quality control accreditations, and manufacturing/distribution resources necessary to supply specialized military-grade Sealing Compounds (Part Numbers PR 1664D, PR-2414, and PR-2414T). 1.2 Procurement Strategy & Set-Aside Intent: The results of this market research will contribute to determining the overall acquisition strategy, including whether the requirement will be set aside for Small Business concerns (e.g., SBSA, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone) or solicited under full and open competition.
