The City of Raleigh request proposals for a philanthropic partnership with the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources for facilitating and/or leading ongoing fundraising, conservation, and community health related initiatives. This may include, but is not limited, reducing the barriers for fees to all programs and camps, grants for children, teens and seniors, fiscal agents for various projects, community and friends’ groups, community outreach and more.
