The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: • Project Coordination • Preliminary Engineering and Design • Environmental Documentation • Public Engagement • Project Implementation Guidance • Grant Support A general scope of services is provided in Section 4 of this document, and a detailed scope of services in provided in Appendix V.
