Solicitation No. 202685852 August 31, 2026 The Denver Bond Office (“DBO”) and the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for the Red Rocks Backstage Expansion & Accessibility Improvements Project. General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to provide services for the Red Rocks Backstage Expansion & Accessibility Improvements project located at 18300 W Alameda Parkway, Morrison, CO 80465. The project includes an addition to the south side of the existing backstage building being remodeled, to house dressing rooms, dining room, a kitchen, offices, and back of house space. All of which will address current ADA issues, improve performer experience, provide direct stage level access, and make arrival and loading more efficient. Vibrant Denver Bond Program : Approved by voters in 2025, the $950 million Vibrant Denver Bond Program is delivering 58 major projects across Denver, including libraries, parks and recreation centers, cultural facilities, affordable housing, improved streets and bridges, a family health clinic, a children’s advocacy center, and much more – without adding any new taxes. This bond program was informed by direct community input from thousands of Denverites and community leaders. The City will build the projects in this bond over six years from 2026 – 2031. Workforce Development Program Workforce development programs promote economic growth through the coordination of public, private, and nonprofit sector resources to support a combination of education and training services to prepare individuals for work and to help them improve their prospects for entering and succeeding in the labor market.
