Solicitation No. 202684839 September 1, 2026 The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for 2027 City Lots and Garages Professional Parking Management Services. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti . General Statement of Work: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, and Denver Arts and Venues, controls and operates certain public parking facilities for the City and County of Denver (CCD). The purpose of this request is to secure a qualified and responsive facility contractor to provide professional management services for the operation and maintenance of the three (3) City parking garages and seven (7) City surface parking lots. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on September 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., local time. Questions Deadline: September 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., local time. Proposals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet . Proposals are due at 1:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
