This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes theonly solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HT941026QE002 is issued as a Request for Quote for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for the Courier Services at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital for the Department of Pathology and Pharmacy. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 December 2026 � 30 November 2027 (base period), plus four (1) one-year option periods, plus FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The contractor shall provide the non-personal services of Courier Service pickup and delivery of clinical diagnostic specimens, pharmacy boxes, supplies and laboratory/pharmacy related paperwork to and from the Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Department of Pathology and Department of Pharmacy which shall contribute to a stable workforce tasked with providing quality health care services to a diverse beneficiary population. Services shall be in accordance with the established principles, practices and ethics of the laboratory and pharmacy profession. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. To comply with the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) and USFK Regulation 715-2 (Local Sourcing Preference), the Government will evaluate quotes using a Tiered Evaluation process.
