This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 36C2572Q0873 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for MEDRAD MRXperion Injection System and MEDRAD Stellant FLEX Injection System. This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set-Aside, with the associated NAICS code of 334510, which has a small business size standard of 1,250 personnel. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This requirement is for providing the item to the El Paso Texas Veterans Health Care System (EPTVHCS). Requested equipment and services; MRXperion MRI Injector - Brand Name or Equal (quantity: 2) MRXperion MRI Injection System Install - Brand Name or Equal (quantity: 2) Stellant FLEX CT Injector System - Brand Name or Equal (quantity: 1) Stellant FLEX CT Injector System Installation - Brand Name or Equal (quantity: 1) MRXperion and Stellant FLEX Biomed Training - Brand Name or Equal 3 Year Software License and Service Maintenance Plan (MRX and FLEX) - Brand Name or Equal Test Equipment (MRXperion + Stellant FLEX) - Brand Name or Equal Ensure that the equipment is fully functional, testing and calibration to OEM standards.
