This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25726Q0787 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 621511 ($41.5 million). There is no set-aside for this solicitation. The items being requested are included in the solicitation attachment RFQ 36C25726Q0787.pdf. The items being requested are for urinalysis CPRR for multiple locations within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17.
