The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from a qualified Contractor to provide Wetland Mitigation Credits within the Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 2080206 in Newport News (Lat: 37.14486, Long: -76.5453458) for the City of Newport News Engineering Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB.(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
