The City is seeking two contractors to provide legal and administrative support services related to hearings and appeals to the Civil Service Commission. Services include supporting hearings and appeals, conducting legal research, drafting written opinions and findings consistent with the Local Agency Law, and assisting with appeal scheduling and correspondence. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience with administrative or quasi-judicial proceedings for a governmental body. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE HAS BEEN AN EXTENSION OF THE SUBMISSION DATE FOR RFP PROPOSALS TO TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026 AT 5:00 PM PHILADELPHIA LOCAL TIME. PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED ADDENDUM.)
