The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals (âRFPâ) is to enter into a contract with a vendor to provide a comprehensive fleet management and GPS telematics solution to improve fleet safety, operational efficiency, vehicle maintenance, compliance, asset visibility, and related services to Mount Rogers Community Services (hereinafter called MRCS).
