Description
The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals; and of performing all work necessary to complete all specified work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore. The work consists of removal of the existing range tower and construction of a new elevated platform, stairs and 12’ x 12’ observation room to include mini-split HVAC system, electrical, lighting and required concrete work.
