Description
Project electrical work consists of rerouting down conductors, ground tests, arc flash study, and SPD replacement. Roof work includes replacing 3 roofs (CAB and shaft) with EPDM membrane, replacing roof cables, and scuppers. Mechanical work includes replacing rooftop and condensing units. Architectural work includes replacing emergency lights, painting and patching walls, ceiling tile replacement, replacing existing interior lighting, repairing identified rust on walls, caulking Cab glass, replacing handrails and door frames and hardware. Estimated magnitude of construction: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
