Box 5158 Edgartown, MA 70 Main Street, 02539 774-310-5106 Fax: 508-627-6123 Monday, October 26, 2026 SOLICITATION: UNDERGROUND WATER STORAGE TANK INSTALLATION REF: EFD-27-02 The Town of Edgartown, acting through the Edgartown Fire Department, is seeking written quotes for the installation of underground fiberglass water storage tanks for firefighting water supply at 54 Chappaquiddick Ave and 38 North Neck Road on Chappaquiddick. You are invited to submit a quote for the following scope of work. Solicitation documents are available electronically at https://www.edgartown-ma.us/departments/procurement-office or in hard copy. Questions regarding access to the bid documents may be directed to the Procurement Office at 774-310-5106 or hmclaughlin@edgartown-ma.us . Written quotes must be submitted to the Edgartown Fire Department by email efd@edgartown-ma.us on or before 2:00 PM, November 18, 2026 . No bids submitted after that time will be accepted. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
