Description
The California State Lottery (Lottery) owns and operates 12 facilities across the state consisting of mixed-use commercial office and warehouse space. The Lottery has identified several large-scale capital improvement projects to be completed in the near future. To facilitate this effort the Lottery is accepting responses from qualified Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firms licensed in the state of California that wish to provide a full range of on-call architectural design and consultation services for a range of projects across our building portfolio. The Lottery will not consider responses from partnerships and joint ventures. Only one responder will be considered the prime contractor while all others will be subcontractors. The proposed term of the contract is five consecutive years with Lottery options to extend the term for two additional, one-year periods.
