This is a salvage harvest of merchantable pine and hardwood timber that has been damaged by Hurricane Isaias on October 9, 2026, on Blackwater River State Forest in Santa Rosa County, Florida (SFI Certified Forest BVC-SFIFM-700005). Within the total area of 18,628 acres, Florida Forest Service staff have identified areas of extensive damage which may be identified on the attached maps and/or identified while harvesting is ongoing.
