This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is requesting one (1) 50-60-TON Rough Terrain, Truck-Mounted, or equivalent crane rental with operator that meets or exceeds the job requirements to support a gate fit test outlined in the Statement of Work.
