San Benito County (“County”) is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide a reliable, timely, and cost-effective supply of Caltrans Compliant Cold-Mix Asphalt for Road Maintenance and repair projects. The County anticipates purchasing substantial quantities on a recurring monthly basis, with additional deliveries made as needed based on project schedules, emergency repairs, weather conditions, and operational requirements. The selected vendor shall furnish, transport, and deliver the products identified in this RFQ in accordance with the requirements, specifications, delivery schedules, and pricing provisions stated herein.
