<p>The City of Oxnard Wastewater Division (City) is seeking a qualified and experienced construction management firm to provide construction management and construction inspection services for Phase I of the Digester Improvement Project: New Boiler Installation, at the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), located at 6001 Perkins Road, Oxnard, CA 93033. The Digester Improvement Project consists of two phases: Phase I: New Boiler Installation and Phase II: Digester No. 1 and Digester No. 3 Improvements. <strong>This solicitation is for Phase I only. </strong>The selected firm will assist the City in overseeing daily construction activities, managing project documentation, coordinating inspections, ensuring quality control, supporting compliance, and OSHA safety requirements. The project includes: demolition of an existing building, installation of a new boiler system including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation upgrades improvements and all related appurtenant work.</p> <p></p>
