Project Summary : The City of Houston ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for pedestrian crossing improvements at two intersections on Belfort Ave—at Crestmont St. and at the entrance to Stuart Park—as well as sidewalk improvements along Vasser Rd. from Crestmont St. to S. Wayside Dr. The work includes traffic signals, signage, pavement markings, concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, and related gutter and pavement adjustments, along with incidental driveway work, handrails, and necessary drainage and utility modifications.
