The anticipated acquisition is intended to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support the Government�s base operations and maintenance requirements. This presolicitation notice is provided to inform interested industry partners of the anticipated procurement and to support acquisition planning. The notice does not constitute a solicitation, a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or a guarantee that an award will be made. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Department of the Army anticipates acquiring base operations support and maintenance services through a BPA under the OASIS+ contracting vehicle; OASIS+ Facilities Domain The anticipated requirement is expected to support applicable base operations and maintenance activities.
