Description
Project includes LPGBS electrical corrections such as replacing corroded disconnects, mechanical replacements of AHU and CU units, gravel addition and grading work for civil repair, structural repairs including concrete cracks and concrete reinforcement, and architectural repairs including sandblasting, priming and painting, replacing plywood walls and gyp ceiling panels and removing rust from railing bases. Estimated magnitude of construction: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
