Description
CDA owns and operates 742 units of Public Housing and 115 units of Multifamily Housing for low-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities at 40 locations within the city of Madison, Wisconsin. CDA’s housing includes apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes, single-family homes. These properties are federally funded through the department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). CDA, in partnership with Revival Redevelopment Services, LLC, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional moving services for an active redevelopment project at its Triangle site located near downtown Madison, WI. The selected vendor will move approximately 163 residents from their current one-bedroom units to newly constructed units on the adjacent parcel of land.
