The Town of Chapel Hill, through its Housing and Community Development Department, is issuing this Request for Qualifications for a qualified consultant for strategic and technical advisory services for a Public Housing Capital Needs Assessment and Asset Repositioning Strategy. The work to be performed under this proposed federally-funded Contract is subject to the requirements of HUD Section 3 (24 CFR Part 75).
