The City of Irving is seeking a Request for Proposal for Graphic Design and Production Services to provide signage, exhibition graphics, and outdoor graphic installations for the Department of Arts and Culture. Work will include exhibit-specific graphics and production such as vinyl banners, wall applications including vinyl lettering and graphics, exhibit panels and labels for special exhibitions, “pop-up banners,” and interior and exterior signage. There are no scheduled pre-proposal meetings for this RFP solicitation. The City of Irving strongly encourages proposers to submit their response to this bid electronically.
