The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), West Virginia Water Science Center (VA-WV WSC), has a requirement for a borehole camera system, to be delivered to Richmond, VA within 30 days of award. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures.
