The City of Manassas Park, Virginia, Parks & Recreation Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide and install a replacement commercial-grade steel pavilion shelter at Costello Park. The project includes the removal and disposal or recycling of the existing steel pavilion, rehabilitation and refinishing of the existing concrete slab, and furnishing and installation of a new commercial-grade steel shelter. The city is considering several options for the replacement shelter, as outlined in the project specifications and detailed work description.The City requests a formal written quotation for all goods and services required to complete this project.
