You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposals (¿RFP¿) Number CAEATFA04-26. The California Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority (¿CAEATFA¿ or the ¿Authority¿), a public instrumentality of the State of California, seeks to retain a qualified firm (¿Trustee¿ or ¿Contractor¿) to manage funds for the California Hub for Energy Efficiency Financing (¿CHEEF¿) energy efficiency financing programs (the ¿Programs¿).
