The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to seek pricing from qualified Vendor(s) to furnish and deliver Orange/Blue Reversible Plastic Trash Bags on an ‘as needed’ basis for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). NCDOT distributes bags to Participants in the Adopt-a-Highway program managed through the Governors Highway Safety Council. These bags are dual colored and can be used for regular trash or recycled items collected. This is a rebid of 54-SM-2260051A Orange/Blue Reversible Plastic Trash Bags.
