NASPO ValuePoint, in collaboration with the State of North Carolina, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Solid Waste Collection, Recycling and Disposal. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information from qualified suppliers (Vendors) to inform the scope, category structure, regional approach, and pricing considerations of a brand-new future multi-state cooperative solicitation.
