Collin County’s intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to provide contractors with sufficient information to prepare a proposal for GPS Offender Monitoring to be utilized by Pre-Trial Release, Community Corrections and Supervision (CSCD) and Juvenile Probation. The County is requesting pricing for electronic monitoring services under both County-funded and offender-funded payment models.
