Description
Scope: The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit sealed responses from qualified vendors to provide Concentrate Line Welded Modifications at the City’s Water Treatment Plant, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Quick Quote. Site Visits: Two (2) non-mandatory pre-quote site visits will be held at the City of Deerfield Beach Water Treatment Plant, 290 Goolsby Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, on October 29, 2026 at 9:30 AM and October 30, 2026 at 9:30 AM. Attendance is strongly recommended so that Bidders can verify field dimensions, existing conditions, and access before submitting a quote. Bidders need only attend one (1) of the two (2) site visits. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement Marketplace. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
