The City of Sacramento (“CITY”) invites applications from experienced, qualified tow companies to participate in the Heavy-Duty Tow Services Contract for the Sacramento Community Development and Police Department as described in this On-Call Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Request for Qualifications will not be accepted on Planet Bids.
