Description
Contractor shall furnish material, labor, equipment, and supplies required to remove the residuals and clean Digester No. 2 at the Atlantic Treatment Plant and dispose of the contents at an approved disposal facility in accordance with the attached specifications, following requirements, terms and conditions.
