Description
Ramsey County, State of Minnesota ("County") is soliciting responses for right-of-way acquisition services. The award will be made to multiple firms resulting in Agreement(s) which may be utilized for the next 5 years. The purpose of these Agreements is to provide a streamlined, efficient, and cost-effective approach which expedites onboarding of acquisition services. All services provided under these Agreements must be pre-authorized by the County.
