It is the intent of the SC Department of Social Services, (SCDSS), to establish a Qualified Providers List able to provide Supervised Independent Living (SIL) throughout the state of South Carolina with contracted community-based housing arrangements for young adults ages 18-21 years of age in Extension of Foster Care.
